50ms delay from the gay Q2 engine

SOMEONE MAKE IT GO AWAY SO PEOPLE LIKE WARSOW MORE 
Way back when, iD software added a 50ms delay to commands like +fire and impulseX(weaponswitching)
For some people, its REALLY ANNOYING

I really don’t know what this 50ms firedelay is people talk about. To me EB is instant, there is a delay on weapswitching ofc (50ms to get weapon down, 50ms to get next up, so 100ms delay), but that’s good, instant weapon switch makes spam.
